Something for Honeybun....OMG the organic eggs are soooo expensive...I eat free range only half the price....the free range duck is $17 which I know Honeybun will enjoy (and he is not allergic to), not all at once of course...skin off, fat off, only half of it left...it has so much skin and thick....Honeybun had the skin off neck, 1 duck wing, a salmon head and 1 organic egg today.....yum yum yum....

This is his habit ever since he was little....he would not leave the pillow alone until it got really wet!!!! He never destroy it...unlike toys!!!!

27 July 2014 Honeybun is better to be in the crate when I am doing housework....

Having a dog following you while you are mopping really doesn't help....especially when he just came in from the backyard. ..

Lucky Honeybun is really good with the crate...ask him "Cage", he goes in, "Stay" then he just stay in (even when the door is open)...he won't come out untill I ask him "Out"...(of course no one else is here to distract him) .... He sits and drops as he wants when he is in the crate...

Organic Coconut Celery dog biscuits

Wheat free, Gluten free

Ingredients:
Organic Coconut flour
Eggs
Coconut oil
Celery

Result:
Very crumbly
Smell so good
Easy to burn

 

 

Organic Coconut Manuka honey dog biscuits

Wheat free, Gluten free

Ingredients:
Organic Coconut flour
Eggs
Coconut oil
Manuka honey
Water

Result:
Not as crumbly but bigger
Smell very good

 

 

Food tasting time....

First time making dog biscuits that Honeybun can eat...very plain and simple...next time I will add meat, organs and veggies. ..more tasty and looks better...
Honeybun loves them...and my house smell like coconut 

 

 

 

 

 

24 July 2014 Making cookies for Honeybun.....

Well...I am really not good with any barkey related work or dessert making....spent hours trying different flours..different combinations...

Anyone who is interested in using Coconut flour...there are recipes out there BUT be prepared....they are very crumbly, not suitable to carry around!!! The mix can't turn into a dough, I find out the easiest way is to use a spoon to make the shape!

After 2 mixes, I also find that the best way to work with Coconut flour is to use half Coconut flour and half Rice flour...the Rice flour helps make the mix into a dough and the biscuits are not crumbly at all!!!

 

 

22 Jul 2014 We visited Warrandyte with Honeybun....nice place.

We went to Warrandyte today...

The reserve is really nice....a lot of off leash dogs...the owners allows them to approach dogs (this I prefer not), Honeybun only had 1 big reaction towards one that got too close to him and wanted to get to the ducks....we walked over an hour.....we enjoyed it..... — at Warrandyte River Reserve.
